General Fee Guidelines

• Fee details are communicated clearly at the time of admission.
• Term fees are to be paid in full by the due dates mentioned.
• Late fee payment may result in a fine or withholding of report cards/exam entries.
• In case of financial hardship, parents may submit a written request for flexible payment options, which may be considered on compassionate grounds.
• No refund of admission fees or term fees once paid.
• Receipts will be provided for all payments. Parents are advised to retain fee receipts safely for future reference.

Mode of Payment

• Payment can be made via cash at the school office.
• Future provision for bank transfer or UPI-based payment may be introduced for convenience.
• Name, class, and section of the student must be mentioned during payment to avoid errors.
